No words. (I graduated)

In the beginning there was a book and an ocean.
The ocean expanded, pulsated, and began to breath.
It became a blue made for questioning.
The book sat silent and empty.
It was in danger of becoming a metaphor.

When she stumbled across the book her first thought was how holy.
Her second thought was pure greed.
She read the nothingness in the book and followed it indisputably.
The ocean swirled around her ankles at her ignorance.
She stumbled into the water and drowned.

When he staggered upon the book he picked it up and asked why?
The demand of the book was that there was no wonder.
There were only blank pages like blank faces.
He filled it with thoughts of sea glass and the aquatic.
Imagination grasped and clung as sand to skin.

The ocean was soft as he floated into knowledge.
